make a difference in Ghana

You know in the past there has been many times that Ghana has been
talked about negatively and how Ghana isnt doing well because of the
actions of the president or just simply because how the motherland
Ghana looks with trash everywhere on the ground and so on with many
other issues that have been brought up.
Well, forgive me, but I had a thought that ran through my mind that
was said by a former president here in the USA back in the 1960's and
I think it can still be said today for Ghana as well. President
Kenedy of the USA once said, "Do not ask what your country can do for
you, but ask what YOU can do for your country."
Doesnt this make perfect sense? I dont live in Ghana ( I wished I
did) but if I did I think I would love her enough to see what kind of
a difference I could make. There are so many ways that an individual
could try to make a difference in Ghana. For one example one person
could make a difference by not throwing your garbage on the streets,
another thing you can do is tell or ask others to do the same.
This is just one example. We have enough Ghanaians in our group here
where if just a portion of you would start telling other Ghanaians
the quote that president Kennedy once said about, "Do not ask what
your country can do for you, but ask what you can do for your
country." If just a portion of you would start telling other
Ghanaians and friends in Ghana this quote, I think there could be a
complete turn around in Ghana. This wont change things overnight of
course, but a word of mouth from one person to another is a great
starting point!
Lets make a difference in Ghana starting today:-)
